UMANA VOCE
A journey of inner exploration through voice, body and space
Singing has always been a human way of connecting with the divine. Voice is therefore not only about what we say, but about how meaning is transmitted — an emanation moving outward from the self, a bridge between the human and the sacred. Voice here is not understood as vocal technique or as a purely biomechanical phenomenon, but as a field of energy and resonance. To “give voice” means to give space, to make something visible, to bring something into presence. But what emerges? Above all, emotion: e-motion — energy in movement.
This energy is consciousness itself, which through breath and the body becomes matter.
Voice thus becomes a bridge between soul and matter, between the mysterious feeling that inhabits the unconscious and the tissues, organs and limbs that resonate with it. The power of the voice can be awakened through a gentle collective practice that encourages relaxation, inner listening and deep attention to one another.
Within an intimate and protected environment, we will trust the mystical force of affirmation and the ecstatic dimension of singing.
Released and natural, the voice returns to its most essential state — naked and human.

Torre Camigliati, Spezzano della Sila
Torre Camigliati is a historic residence located in the heart of the Sila Grande plateau in Southern Italy.
Originally built between the 17th and 18th centuries as a baronial residence, it has been carefully restored and is now surrounded by more than sixty hectares of protected natural landscape.
Its luminous halls, silent forests and surrounding paths create a rare balance between historic architecture and wild nature.
Today Torre Camigliati hosts artistic residencies and cultural initiatives within an intimate and immersive environment, far removed from mass tourism.
Here, nature and silence become integral elements of the experience.

Practical Demonstration at Forte Bazzera (VE)
Andreina Noce aka Eva Geist, visionary artist of immersive soundscapes, opens the afternoon with a rare hybrid performance. A participatory workshop sets the tone before her set expands into a dreamlike shamanic tribalism of melody and cosmic narrative, a guided transition from intention to trance.
As part of the program, Andreina will lead a workshop titled UMANA VOCE from 3 to 4 PM.

Workshop (group / individual)
Umana Voce is available as a Workshop divided in three sessions of 3 hours.
In the first session we work on the material body. We blend breath work + warming up to bring the body to ground zero.
In the second session we work on releasing the blockages around our fifth chakra.
In the third and last session we focus on listening as an inward experience and the art of decreeing as a sound vibrational practice.
Cost for the workshop is 250 euros per person.

Single Dedicated Session
I conceive this practice as a way of healing through singing.
It is specific for those who feel shy or ashamed and can't speak out their truth. For overcoming expressive or physical traumas in the fifth chakra.
It's a work that will both work in presence or online.
Duration is one hour and a half minimum.
Cost for a single session is between 80 and 120 euros.
